C. Prentiss Orr is a writer, designer and marketing consultant with more than twenty-five years of service to Pittsburgh's ad community.  As former Vice President, Communications, for the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce, Prentiss helped launch a number of ground-breaking initiatives for the Pittsburgh region, won four ACE Awards for regional print publications in a single year, produced a monthly talk show on KQV Radio, and, in association with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, created the region’s first-ever royalty-free CD of promotional photographs, called PixBurgh.  Independently, Prentiss has designed and published two coffee table histories, written by Hax McCullough Jr., for the Western Pennsylvania Hospital and The Pittsburgh Golf Club.  He also served as the Editorial Consultant for one of the most successful coffee-table books ever published by Towery Publishing, The Power of Pittsburgh.  A seventh-generation Pittsburgher and child of the 1960s, Prentiss grew up walking to an occasional Pirates game at Forbes Field, taking the street car to Kennywood, riding his bike to the Manor Theatre for Saturday double-features with By Williams, and afterwards slurping cherry-colas at Sun Drugs.  Now married with three kids, Prentiss and his wife Lulu do a lot of carpooling from their home in Fox Chapel.
